The Goldilocks effect can be applied to many areas of life, including personal development. In personal development, the Goldilocks effect refers to finding the balance between pushing yourself too hard, not pushing yourself hard enough, and pushing yourself just the right amount.


Too Hard: The Dangers of Over-Striving
