Why did you get into coaching? To help people become happy.

What is your philosophy/style/approach? Be intentional with everything I do. How you do anything, is how you do everything!

What book had the biggest change in your life and what did you learn from it? 5am Club by Robin Sharma. It gave me strategy for my life during a dark time.

Describe your biggest failure and what you learnt from it. Doubting myself. I learned I should never doubt myself even if I don't have the visible proof.

Describe your biggest success and how you achieved it. Having children and raising them as unique individuals.

What’s one piece of advice you think everyone should follow? Say what you mean and mean what you say.

How do you handle stress? Exercise.

How do you prioritise and manage your time? I take care of the most important thing first, then the rest is a bonus if I get to it. I really try to listen to my energy when creating.

How do you stay healthy? Health is the new wealth. Without my health, I have nothing. Staying and being healthy is my # 1 priority and my results show it.

What does happiness mean to you? Doing things that fuel my soul and bring me joy

What does success look like to you? Having the lifestyle I desire, the time to do the things I value and creating flexibility in my schedule.

Describe your future self. Multi-millionaire business owner with flexibility, health, wealth and a positive support system.

What are some of your core beliefs/guiding principles? Don't just talk the talk, walk the walk. Everything I teach I have put myself through first.

Describe the best transformation you witnessed in someone. When I see someone starting to believe in themselves, the sparkle is undeniable.
